How do I send you my custom images?

Once your order has been placed, you must send us the images that you would like for your custom product through an Etsy conversation/message.

Please note, Etsy only allows you to attach 3 files per message, therefore, if you have more than 3 files to send then you need to send them to us in multiple conversations/messages.

See your chosen listing description for the maximum number of images that can be included. Choose a design according to the number of images you'd like.

If you'd like your images to be placed, within the design, in specific places, let us know in a message while attaching your images. Processing, approval and shipment of your order will be much quicker.

Let us know if you need help. We would be delighted to help out.

Custom and personalized orders

For every custom order, a mockup will be sent out for approval. We finalize the process after final approval from our clients.

A lot of work is put through from our side once a custom order is placed. Therefore, please keep that in mind, and place your order only when you are sure to purchase it.

Please note!!!
ORDERS WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT A MOCKUP FOR APPROVAL TO THE CLIENT, IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED REGARDING THE MOCKUP BY THE CLIENT WITHIN 8 BUSINESS DAYS, FROM THE INITIAL ORDER DATE, ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT AS PER THE LATEST MOCKUP SENT, WHETHER MOCKUP HAS BEEN APPROVED OR NOT. IN SUCH CASES, ANY ERRORS SUBMITED BY THE CLIENT WILL NOT BE OUR RESPONSIBILITY, THUS NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED AND ORDER WILL BE COMPLETE.

Where will my item be shipped?

Unless otherwise discussed through Etsy convos, all shipments are sent to the shipping address on file on Etsy. Make sure your information and shipping address are correct.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS THAT YOU NO LONGER LIVE AT OR AN ADDRESS THAT WAS ENTERED INCORRECTLY ON YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT.

If shipping carrier indicates package returns/"return to sender" due to address errors by the item purchaser, item will be considered as lost.

IN SUCH CASES, NO REFUNDS/CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED.

What about customs? Who pays for it?

International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.

No refunds/credits will be issued for international buyers who refuse packages due to custom fees or any other reason.

Also note that customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. It is unlikely to happen often, but it can happen.

Items damaged during shipping

Note that before we ship any of our items, they are thoroughly verified for any defects or damages. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT ANY DAMAGED OR DEFECT ITEMS.

If your package was delivered damaged and item was broken due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the outside of the shipping box (all sides), the inside, as well as photos of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery! We will then send those to the shipping carrier so they are able to evaluate the damage (if it was actually made by the shipping carrier during delivery).

Let us know if you have any concerns regarding such matters, we will be happy to help you out in any way we can.

I Didn’t receive my package; can you track it? (part 1)

All orders are shipped, most of the time, before the actual shipping day (see our estimated shipping times in our shipping policies). Unless upgraded, all packages are shipped out with regular standard shipping.

In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, we will be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping, showing that the item actually was shipped and that it was sent to the address provided on Etsy. Please understand that once we deposit a package for delivery to the shipping carrier, we are unable to control the delivery from that point forward. It is up to the carrier to deliver it.

Let us know if such is this case with your package, we will try to the best of our ability and see if it can be traced.

I Didn’t receive my package; can you track it? (part 2)

If your package is not delivered and there is a tracking on the package, a tracking number will be available to you on Etsy, in your order details once it has been shipped. Please check that tracking to follow it's route to destination.

NOTE THAT MOST OF THE TIME, PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES, PLEASE DO NOT START PANICKING UNTIL YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS UP.

If you need an item for a specific date, shipping upgrades are available in your cart before you checkout. If you need to receive your order quickly, please choose to upgrade your shipping to expedited from within your cart, before you checkout or contact us for more details.

Can I use any images?

Intellectual property of images submitted are the sole responsibility of the customer. You must own or have the right to publish the submitted image. MamigonGifts will not be responsible for any intellectual property infringement issues.

I already placed my custom order but would like to cancel it, can I?

Once an order is placed for a custom designed item and if necessary information (images/text) were already sent to us, a digital mockup was created and sent to you (the client) for approval, you may cancel your order and receive a partial refund. Considering all the work already processed on your custom order, a partial 35% refund, of the total amount paid, will be issued.

However, if your custom order has not started the mockup process and if no work has been done on your custom order, you are able to cancel it. You will be fully refunded.

Therefore, if you are not sure or have any questions regarding a custom order, let us know before you place your order. We'll be happy to help you out in any way we can.

Holiday Deliveries and Peak Shipping Seasons

During peak shipping seasons, we might require an additional 1-3 processing days to get back to you with your order. However, we will do our best to respect the regular processing times.

Remember that shipment might take longer than usual with the shipping carrier due to high volume and varied weather conditions.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME FRAMES explained

These time frames will give you an overall estimated time frame for your orders' arrival. They are indicated before your purchase & in your order detail confirmation email.

Item dispatched in/estimated processing time frame: estimated time we need to process/produce your custom order. Please do not inquire to see if your item is being processed, we do our best to process your order as soon as possible, once it is ready, it will be immediately sent to you.

Estimated delivery: this is the time your package is estimated to be delivered by the shipping carrier. Please do not assume your package will be delivered by the 1st day of the estimated delivery day, shipping carriers estimate delivery within indicated estimated delivery dates.
